Submissions are open to all. However, we are specifically looking to support ideas and projects by people from LGBTQIA2S+ communities. If applicants are allies but don’t identify as LGBTQIA2S+, we also welcome those applications, but the project should demonstrate how it positively impacts the queer community.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Stocksy in(Visible) Spectrum Contest (“Contest”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, including contributors of Stocksy United. Stocksy United staff and any immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void in Quebec and where prohibited by law. If the winner is from a jurisdiction where this contest is voided by law, an eligible winner will be chosen.
PROMOTION:
The Promotion begins on June 1, 2022 at 8:00 am EST and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 15, 2022.
HOW TO ENTER:
Eligible participants may enter by following Stocksy United on TikTok, filming, and sharing an original TikTok video to introduce a creative project or idea you’re hoping to further fund and show how it would positively impact the queer community. Tag #Stocksy #inVisibleSpectrum #Pride #FindYourFrequency.
No purchase is necessary to enter. There are no limits to the number of entries. Entries that do not meet the requirements above will be void.
Stocksy United is not responsible for any error which may occur in the processing of entries. Proof of sending will not constitute proof of receipt.
PRIVACY AND LEGAL NOTICE:
For the purposes of administering the contest, Stocksy United will obtain and store personal information included as part of your submission, including but not limited to your TikTok handle, TikTok sound, name, likeness, and voice. RANDOM DRAWING:
Two random drawings (one for Stocksy United contributors and one for non-contributors) to select the two prize winners will be conducted within ten (10) business days of the close of the contest. A Stocksy United representative will conduct the random drawings from all eligible entries received during the contest. Winners will be required to answer a skill-testing question in order to claim their prize as well as any other requirements necessary by law.
PRIZE:
Two prize packages, each consisting of: (1) $1500 USD in Stocksy Spectrum Funds, (2) one X-Large Stocksy print ($233 USD), and (3) a one-year Adobe Creative Cloud subscription ($600 USD), for a total value of $2333 USD per prize package.. Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. Should delivery of a prize package or any portion thereof be blocked for any reason or Stocksy United deems such delivery impossible, the winner will receive an equivalent amount of Stocksy credit ($233 USD, $600 USD, $1500 USD or $2333 USD, depending on situation). Adobe is not affiliated with this contest.
ODDS OF WINNING:
The odds of winning vary based on the number of eligible entries received in the two categories of Stocksy contributors or non-contributors. One winner from each group will be randomly chosen. The winners will be responsible for any taxes, fees, duties, or other costs incurred with receiving the prize.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The potential winner(s) will be notified via TikTok direct message, sent to the handle provided at the time of entry and dependent on the applicant following Stocksy on TikTok (direct communication via the platform requiring “follower” connections). Stocksy United will make two efforts to contact the potential winner(s) over a 48-hour period–if there is no response, another potential winner will be chosen.
The potential winner(s) will have to confirm eligibility within the amount of time specified in the written notification, such as by completing an “affidavit of eligibility” or other release if requested. In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries at Stocksy United’s discretion.
Stocksy United will not be liable for any damage resulting from participating in this contest or downloading any information in connection with the contest. Stocksy United reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the contest. Stocksy United reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prohibit any chosen winner from participating or claiming the prize if it determines the winner has deceived, hacked, or otherwise manipulated or attempted to manipulate the contest or those involved.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RELEASES:
By entering this contest, you attest that there are no copyright protected materials in your submission and that all persons appearing in the submission have agreed to all the Rules herein. By entering you also agree to grant Stocksy United a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, copy, publish, display, reproduce, modify, broadcast, or otherwise make use of the content you submit to the contest in relation to the contest, now and in the future; as well as your name, voice, likeness, location, or any other information included in your contest submission. While you will hold copyright in your submission, this license will allow Stocksy United to make use of and share your submission in relation to the contest and across any social media or marketing platform to promote Stocksy. If you are selected as a winner, additional rights and releases may be required.
INDEMNIFICATION:
By entering and participating, entrant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Stocksy United harmless against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to: (i) participant’s participation in the contest, (ii) any individuals appearing in the contest submission, and (iii) participant’s acceptance, use, or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)). Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this contest or use or redemption of the prize.
JURISDICTION:
These Rules and all contest-related claims shall be interpreted in accordance with law of British Columbia, Canada, and British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to these rules or anyone’s participation in the contest, and participants consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in British Columbia
